Unlike standard plastic-backed tapes, these products directly utilize high-purity solid metal foils (such as aluminum and copper foil) as their substrates. This allows the inherently exceptional shielding, reflective, and conductive properties of metals to be flexibly applied via a simple 'peel-and-stick' method across a wide range of harsh engineering environments.

This product series comprises a wide selection of functional single-sided tapes manufactured from high-purity, wrought metal foils. Its structure consists of a composite of a solid metal backing and an industrial-grade, highly stable pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA):
Backing Options: Primarily classified into Aluminum and Copper. The aluminum foil backing delivers exceptional thermal reflectivity and flame resistance, with a soft texture that easily conforms to irregular curved surfaces. The copper foil backing exhibits extremely low electrical resistivity (High Conductivity), serving as a premier material for electrical transmission.
Adhesive System: Coated with a proprietary polymer acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Depending on the application, options are divided into Non-conductive and Electrically Conductive adhesives. The electrically conductive variants uniformly distribute micron-sized conductive particles throughout the acrylic adhesive layer, achieving complete vertical conductivity across the Z-axis from the metal foil surface to the bottom of the adhesive, thereby delivering a flawless grounding effect."
